BOULDR was founded on a simple frustration — the parts we wanted for our own builds either didn't exist, or weren't built to last. So we made them. Then refined them. Then put them through hell.
Philosophy
Engineered, not assembled.
Every BOULDR product begins life in CAD, is stress-tested in simulation, and finishes in the hands of ticketed fabricators. We don't bolt together off-the-shelf parts and stick our name on the box.
We design for service life — not just the spec sheet. That means heavier sections where it matters, machined surfaces where it counts, and finishes that survive the salt, the stones and the sun.
And we keep our manufacturing close to home. Australian steel. Australian fabrication. Australian engineering signoff.
The Workshop
Where the work happens.
Our workshop runs on jigs, fixtures and decades of fabrication experience. Every chassis, mount and bracket is checked, welded and finished by the same team — start to finish.
The Field
Tested where it matters.
Corrugations, river crossings, flooded tracks, 50° heat. BOULDR products live the life they're built for, long before they reach you.
